                                  2023 Legislative Session Tracking Form

NASW-Missouri Chapter will be tracking numerous bills throughout the 2023 Missouri Legislative Session.  The Chapter's Legislative Priorities & Initiatives, which are the top social justice issues selected by the association membership with the approval of the Chapter Board of Directors are categorized based on practice area and professional issues for social workers in the tracking system.  Several of the social justice issues selected will be advocated for by the collaboration of NASW-Missouri Chapter and other organizations. NASW-Missouri Chapter does not take a position on all bills being tracked during the legislative session. The Bill Tracking System is designed to be informative and to enable professional social workers to take action for the profession and the clients we serve.
