Lawyers’ Assistance Program Clinician and Well-Being Coordinator

The Missouri Bar is seeking a clinician and well-being coordinator to provide direct services and support Missouri Lawyers’ Assistance Program, a confidential counseling program serving lawyers, judges, law students, and their immediate family. The person in this position will support individuals addressing addiction, depression, family matters, work-related stress, and other challenges.

Position requires clinical experience, being accessible and responsive to those seeking help, knowledge of the DSM, the ability to manage crisis and multiple priorities, sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a high level of confidentiality.

Education and experience:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field and current Missouri license
  • Minimum three years of relevant treatment experience
  • Familiarity with 12-step programs and evidence-based practices
