Rumors were flying on Monday, 1-27-25, and Tuesday, 1-28-25 about which federal programs might be impacted by President Trump's executive order on freezing funding for federal programs.
The executive order was temporarily blocked by a federal judge. Here's an article about the block:

On 1-28-25, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued a statement about which programs would be impacted and which ones wouldn't, clarifying that programs like Medicaid and SNAP were not a part of the executive order. Here's a link to that statement: OMB Clarification on Federal Grants and Loans
If you are concerned about how the executive order may impact your clients and/or your workplace, you may want to call your U.S. Senators and your U.S. Representative and let them know.
