NASW-MO Statement on the War in Israel 

NASW-MO wants to offer its support to our Jewish members for the horrific terrorist attack in Southern Israel, the killing and kidnapping of hundreds of Israelis. We understand some of you may have very personal connections to those killed, injured or kidnapped in Israel. We also want to offer our support to our Palestinian members for the tremendous loss of life in Gaza. We hope and pray for a day when terrorism ceases and there is peace, security, safety, and justice for all countries and peoples in the Middle East.

Social work is about seeing the dignity and worth of all human beings. I ask that during this time, we hold this truth as closely as we can.
